This is new without tags. Tray must be charged with exposure To sunlight or black light in order to glow in the dark. Item has been protected with five coats of varnish so you could lightly hand wash this with a non scratch sponge if needed. While this tray was made for decoration, it can hold up to 2 pounds of items..
