Item was likely installed and used, but not for long. I use to be a huge huge sony fan in the 1990s and 2000s. I will have more sony products and phones listed ( they will be used ). But this was not used. you can tell from the headset and the base, it has no wear and tear. I cannot guarantee the battery works, but assume it is retail dead. You can purchase replacements for like $20+/- This was a rare find, and no one really sells this online. Ignore the drawing on the box, Sony was the coolest toys you can have in your room / apartmenet, back back in those days. Like it , if you feel it. The antenne is kinda sticky. It must be some disintegration or lack of air on this. It is from the phone. never opened since 2000s.
