The costume has been Repainted Red and white. The paint may be removable, but I don't want to try it and end up running the Statue. He doesn't have his trick or treat bucket, but there are holes in his cheeks for one. There appears to be a hairline crack on one side of his neck, but it might just be a crack in the paint.
