Has been used, had for about a month and a half but I got a bigger spa one for face and body retail so letting this one go. Straps are stained and so is the cloth bag as seen in pictures but not dirty stickers are still on control and charger. This had sold to someone on Mercari and returned because according to them when it turns on now it flickers. Don't know what they did to it or if they damaged it. May just a setting but I accepted the return because it still turns on.
