This bundle comes with a factory reset, unlocked iphone se 2020 (it's white under the case), a periwinkle silicone protector case, a charger and wall block, earbuds, and a starter guide with SIM card install/removal device. The audio in one ear of the earbuds doesn't work and the phone is about two years old, so it has some general wear. The screen is not cracked and there is no damage to the phone, I just upgraded. The phone will be fully charged when I ship it. This phone is not locked (I ensured this by calling retail my carrier) and the SIM card is removed. This is a 64gb capacity iPhone.
