Everything comes in the original undamaged heavy duty plastic storage container, which shows retail some wear and is missing some of its stickers. There's no manual and not all pieces are included. The two bags of orange tubing are brand new and factory sealed. The other parts are in plastic locking bags with a piece count written on each bag, however it appears that these numbers may not be accurate. There's an estimated 2800+ pieces when the “bag count” numbers are added. There are additional bags full of parts underneath the parts shown in the photos. This is a great addition to a complete set or add to another partial set. It is possible that the instruction manual can be found and printed or viewed on the Internet.
