Gorgeous, classic, and hard to find! Absolute showstopper. This set was designed by Eric Olsen in 1955. Good condition. There are about five chips on the bull that could easily be repaired. Both horns, one ear, and three on the feet. See photos or message retail me for more info.. The Matador is in great condition with no chips or cracks and has the original Haeger sticker on the bottom. Glaze has a mottled appearance up close. Bull is about 17 inches long. Matador is about 11 inches tall. Haeger Pottery closed it's doors for good in May 2016. This is would absolutely be the most perfect addition to a true MCM and Retro collection. These were a staple in many Mid-Century Modern homes along with Haeger's famous jaguar sculpture. Would be perfect on a mantle! Goes great with modern decor. This is a great deal!
