This is the cutest 50s girls dress! It has a full circle skirt with an attached tulle under skirt. The underskirt has a plastic (?) piece in the hem to make it stand out more. It has a contrasting Peter Pan collar and cuffs. It has puffed sleeves. They are sewn in a way to make them stay puffed up. It has horizontal tucks in the front bodice. It buttons up the back and has a long tie belt. There is a very cool trim with a crochet look (I'm not totally sure what the actual technique is called) on both the skirt and sleeves. Brand - Little Miss Heidi Content - unknown Size - unknown retail but it seems to maybe be a 2T (please go by measurements!) Chest - 11.25" pit to pit Shoulder to shoulder - 10" Waist - 10" (stretches to approx 11.5") Length - 19.75" (Let me know if you need any other measurements!) Condition - I don't see any holes or stains. It's in very good condition.
