Vintage Handmade 1960's Mini Dress. Red ruffled double V neck. Long sleeve with elastic ruffled cuff. High waisted shirt part of dress black with mini white polka-dots. Embroidered red dots and ornate e embroidered flower flower deign at hem. Zip back. No tag but fits small and extra retail best. Feel like 100% cotton. Chest measures 17" across flat. High waist measures 14" across flat. Hips measure 24" flat. Length from waist to hem is 20". Beautiful vintage condition with no signs of wear to material. Maybe of never been worn before.
