I followed the online instructions and it appears to be 100% complete but I did not put it together so I don't want to sign off on that statement. It appears as though it is all there. Comes as is. This is in great shape, it was never played with and comes with no cracks, chips, or fading and used mostly for display. I am not the original builder.
