Felicity's town fair set, consists of the dress, apron, mob cap & wooden windmill. The outfit & cap are in like new condition. Windmill has 1 missing tiny white flag piece (please see last picture) it was broken in shipment. This set is very rare and hard to find, it was a special edition set released 1997 for 3 years and retired. This is from a smoke free home/ pet free room. Please feel free to ask questions.
