This piece is retail in fair condition. While there is no damage or repair, there is some feeding on the back and side of the school and sign on top as a result of it being displayed in front of a window. The price has been adjusted to reflect the fading. There might also be minor glitter flaws. Please thoroughly examine all pictures and ask any questions if there are any.The box and styrofoam do show signs of wear (there is a rip on the top of the box that I taped up) .
