I've only used it a couple of times and the only thing I don't have is a charger. the battery is just about dead but it works completely fine. you do need a charger and it's a little dusty because it's been sitting up in the retail garage for about a year. and it just needs to be cleaned ,there's nothing wrong with it you just need a charger for it i paid over 400.00 for it. Model number is BDH36SVH for the stand up vacum , The model number For the small handheld backing that detaches is BDH3600SV.
