Ruffled details around the collar with a diamond point pattern on the fabric. Stripes throughout the rest of the dress with a polyester tie around the bust area. Rusched sleeves add depth and dimension. Elastic waistband. Shirtwaist style with buttons to waist. Fit and flare silhouette. Includes a belt.
