This unusual Moschino dress is made of a lightweight retail flowy silk fabric with a slip underneath. The low V neck has a scarf attached to the neckline by the shoulders. This scarf can be made into a bow or can be thrown over the shoulder covering the base of the neck and trailing down the back. The hem is low/high with it being shorter in the front and longer in the back and featuring a large ruffled edge. It measures 17" from pit to pit, with a 39" length from shoulder to the front hem and a 44" length from the shoulder to the back hem. The waist area measures about 30". I think it fits smaller than a 10 or a European 44. This is a stunning dress that I only wore twice - once on a cruise and once to a party. Unfortunately, it no longer fits me.
