Some wear to the front and back cover as well as the binder. It appears as it something was spilled on this. There is staining to the outside pages as shown. However, the inside black and white pages are good for the most part. There is some warping on the bottom of the pages as shown. On the colored pages in the back of the guide you can see staining as shown in the bottom as well as the same warping. All around tho, it is is decent condition. As always, you might see something different than I do. I try to look as good as possible to find retail things and detail them.
