Derwent Artbar is a triangular bar of wax-based highly-pigmented color. It is water-soluble, which gives an artist huge potential for color mixing and mark-making. Dry marks blend easily into each other with a water and brush. Create interesting textures and effects using both dry or wet techniques. Derwent Artbar is protected by a peelable silver wrapper and is easy to transport when dry. Due to their shape they won't fall off your sketchbook, so they're great “en plein air.” You can also snap off a bit of the bar for more control.
