I didn't take the warnings seriously and didn't take the precautions I should have, like wearing protective headgear for every game and practice. My stubbornness resulted in me losing my favorite sport and I don't want this to happen to anyone else. In hindsight, this “headgear” fits comfortably, much like a headband.
