Extremely Rare and HTF! It is brand new with tags. Never touched. My mother owned one I got to use it from time to time. It smells just like you are wearing Victoria's Secret Body by Victoria perfume when you are wearing the powder. These VS shimmering powder with the retail brushes are very rare but this one being new is extremely rare.
