Brand New and opened for quality inspection and photos or sealed. I open most of my statues like this to quality check but I think this one is still sealed, but if it isn't, don't worry, it'll be quality checked before I sell it or when it sells. The Black Label by Lee Bermejo statue based on the multiple series that have and are still going to have a lot more for the adult reader and those that think TVMA is ok to let your kids watch family guy with that rating and not stick to the Simpsons which is TV-14.
