Received this iPad a long time ago. I barely used it, only used it for drawing and editing. When my dad gave it to me, there has always been a medium sized red spot. It's only noticeable on a black screen. (like Netflix) the red spot is barely noticeable! It's not as bright as seen in the picture. I bought a case for retail it, and I always took care of it. No scratches or anything like that (except for that red spot, but didn't do that) iPad HAS been reset and shut down as well!.
