Hook- United Stars of America Vintage 1980's Shorts Felix the Cat 100% Cotton Medium Waist measures 17” across, laying flat, un-stretched These appear to be a very rare find Front pockets In good vintage pre-owned condition I've found one light spot, see 7th pic. The waistband is old elastic and doesn't have a lot of actual stretch left in it but they are an old pair of shorts. Still super cool.
