Edgar Berberi Pegasus Brooch. Vintage condition, fair condition. It has had several rhinestones replaced and some of the new stones that were replaced aren't the same size. From a distance it looks fine to me, up close you can see the replaced stones. It has light scuffs. Few tiny areas of the edges were scuffed, but we're touched up with gold jewelry paint so not very noticeable. The pin latch on the back is functioning. retail Unique and rare brooch.
