Excellent/Pristine condition! Vintage Italian Handpainted POTTERY MAJOLICA BACCHUS FACE MASK WINE GOD GRAPES Description: The dimensions approximately 7 1/2 x 7 1/2 inches. Please see pictures. Hand made of terra-cotta, adorned in rich majolica glazes This is an Italian Art Pottery wall mask depict Bacchus, the Roman god of wine. The retail porcelain white face of Bacchus is crowned with applied grape * leaves and grapes in high relief. The inside is marked Made in Italy, Hand Painted and numbered with 20. It is vintage, and probably dates from the mid 20th century. * There are two holes in back so it can be hung up with the attached wire, and then you can display this wherever you enjoy wines and good times.
