It is an untested 2003 toy by Takara Tomy with a box, the box has some wear. The wheel is in good condition and it comes with cords to attach it to the TV, but it has not been tested and needs replacement batteries (not sure what type, have not removed battery back). Driving toy, cords and box that has wear shipped retail with care. The front advertises a small car but I believe it is missing. Product/Shipping Smoke free home.
