Fleer went out of business in 2005 and was acquired by Upper Deck but not before auctioning off everything they could to keep the business affairs afloat. These are signed and dated by the design team. These are the 1st prints after the cards are designed they would be sent around to all the Fleer department heads retail and they would check for errors and point them out before signing off on the design. These are not card stock because these are the 1st prints before they are sent to the production line. The very first look at new card designs. You will not find these anywhere else.
