Beautiful Hollywood Regency Mid Century Modern Rosenthal Ivory Bavaria PERSIANA Continental Porcelain Oval Serving Platter. Cream with Exotic Florals and a Gold Rim. Made in Bavaria from 1939 to 1956 and imported by Barker Brothers in Los Angeles. I have a matching Gravy Bowl with Attached Underplate listed elsewhere. Great textural and retail color interest. See the photos. Marked as per the photos with a Rosenthal IVORY BAVARIA mark and Persiana Barker Bros. Inc. Los Angeles, Cal. See the photos. Circa 1939 to 1956. Bavaria / Germany. Approx. 13” Long X 9.5” Wide X 1.25" Tall. Very Good previously owned antique condition. I did not see signs of wear or age worthy of note other than some spots near the inner rim where the artwork appears to have been rubbed from stacking. Also, a utensil mark near the center.
