Absolutely in mint museum condition! These cards were produced in 1940. The cards back then used to be taxed so everyday would have had to have a stamp on them. They only did that up until 1940. These stamps are also collectible and they are in museum quality as well. I really feel like I should raise the price on these but I'm hoping someone who will retail really enjoy them gets them or maybe a museum. Absolutely in mint museum condition! These cards were produced in 1940. The cards back then used to be taxed so everyday would have had to have a stamp on them. They only did that up until 1940.
