Homemade cape. I've used this as the flying purple people eater, Dracula, rock n roll concerts, fancy parties with boots, everyday windy cold weather. It's material outside is crushed velvet and satiny lining inside. I'm 5 ft and it drags the floor so I have to wear high heel boots. It will fit retail plus sizes also. Male or female could wear.
