Gorgeous and elegant navy dress from the 2012 Opulent Opera line. Tulle overlay with floral details, pictures don't do this dress justice! My daughter wore retail this one time, and she is 8.5; dress is size 7. Runs generous as most older Janie and Jack does. This was sold to me in VGUC, but I will say good used condition to be safe because of the all the tulle. I didn't see any tears or holes or anything major. Washed per tag instructions, no heat used, and packaged after air drying so nothing else could happen. I also have the matching headband if you want to combine and save.
