Vintage Italian Venetian Fiorato White Wedding Cake Art Glass Bead Necklace 42" Gorgeous necklace with 3 different types of lamp work beads White fiorato beads with pink roses, blue forget-me-not and aventurine swirls. Interestingly tube beads measuring 0.75" x 0.5" have more gold in their aventurine while round flat disk beads (measuring about 0.75") appear to have more copper in them. Satin spacer beads are about 3/8". At first retail glance they appear to be melon beads but then a thin flat area is observed in the middle. They are slightly iridescent. Most likely the necklace was reassembled from the older beads, brass chains connecting beads look much brighter than the oxidized metal inside the beads. Also, the beads are not fully symmetrical. Overall very good vintage condition, one disk bead has a tiny hole near the pin.
