Gorgeous pair of pictures that were popular in the 60s as wall art for the home /boudoir. The two frames match and are made of a gold-colored heavy plastic and each frame has a stamp of "100" in one corner and "frame copyright cameo" in the other. Both pictures were from a company called "B&S Creations, New York, NY" and still have the sticker on the back. The back of the pictures show some slight signs of age, however, the velvet mat and porcelain-painted cameos are well secured. Each features a different couple in the outdoors and has the signature "Fragonard". (See photos for close-ups). The color of the velvet mat retail is true to the pictures, it is a darker sage green. SIZE: (At the widest point of frame) 10.5" X 12" each. A wonderful find for the vintage-inspired decorator!.
