Tiffany Co Box and retail Bracelet

Product Name: Tiffany Co Box and retail Bracelet
Back story: retail I originally received this gift in high school. I NEVER wore it because I did not realize at the time how popular Tiffany and Co was. 4 years later, I found it wrapped in my basement and now it doesn't fit. There are some marks only due to the paint maybe, which I'm sure can be fixed. Again, I never wore it, so it isn't due to any wear. I'm sure it was just over time sitting in a box. It may just be rust? I would try to clean it, but I don't want to mess it up. The little number on the bracelet proves it's real. I wasn't sure myself since it was a gift, but after calling the store, that number proves it. If anyone needs more proof, I will glady post more pics!!.
