She is BNIB, and never been opened. She has been in storage since being purchased and I just removed her from her shipping box. The box does have denting on the bottom edge and over the bottom left corner on the back (see 2nd & 4th pics); and retail the plastic window has unglued from the bottom left corner on the front of the box (see 5th pic) from being in storage.
