He's all decked out in the Red, White and Blue. Holding flags, bells retail and Uncle Sam in his bag of presents slung over his shoulder. This is a collectible from 1999 and sold by May Department Stores. The figurine is resin and the coat, bag, hat and boots are fabric. There is a wooden base that has wear on it. What a lovely gift.
