I believe this amazing dress goes back to the 60s, maybe 70s. Kimono style and fantastic. The panda print is absolutely adorable. I think it may be silk. A couple spots i noticed, see photos. Maybe some discoloration around stretchy band, its hard to tell. Loops for a sash, but doesnt come with one. Measurements are approximate. I do my best Stretchy waist band is approximately 10 inches at its smallest, i retail wojld say 14 1/2 stretched comfortably. Shoulder to shoulder, approximately 14 inches Pit to put approximately 19 inches Shoukder to hem approx 44 inches Two 10 inch side slits on either end of the dress.
