Xbox Elite Series 2 retail Controller

Product Name: Xbox Elite Series 2 retail Controller
This is the Xbox Elite Series 2 Controller. I've barely used it due to the problems this controller had since I bought it from Microsoft. Specifically, twice before decided to sell it. Once, when I opened the box retail for the first time and now as I'm listing the controller. This includes the charging case with the built-in dock, all 4 paddles (2 mini, 2 medium), the charger itself (USB-C), thumbstick adjustment tool, both d-pads (standard and faceted), and thumbsticks (2 standard, 3 classic, , 1 wide dome). It should come with 1 tall thumbstick, but I recieved 3 classic instead. Below are the technical problems that came with the controller when it shipped to me. WILL BE CLEANED BEFORE SHIPPING The smallest paddles don't "click" on P1 & P3 (reference 6th picture). The left analog stick (L3) moves, but is not responsive when you press it. Lastly, the right trigger (RT) has an unsatisfying click when you press it.
