The pictures shown are of the actual item you receive. Most all used vacuums will have some scratching due to normal wear & tear. Although our vacuums are cleaned and sanitized, some odors could be present depending on the previous owner (smokers/pets) so please be aware this is possible with ANY used vacuum purchase.
