It says size 4 but she wore it from when she was in a 3T all the way till she was wearing a size 4 little girls. My granddaughter finally grew out of it after that. There is some fabric bleed on the color but in otherwise excellent used condition. Clip on bow included. Fabric is 100% cotton. retail Minnie Mouse is on a sky blue background.
