Antique creepy anthropomorphic rare to find Roosevelt Bears Transferware, heavier set stoneware? with pretty pine cone edge 3 piece matching set, there are some flaws- the coffee/tea cup has chipping along the edge, the graphics have age related flaking, 5.5 inch cup plate has a chip on the edge see pic 7&8, lunch plate 7.5 inch has no chips, mild crazing, no maker marks or stamp, number 8 imprinted on bottom plate dating this 1908. Character bear scene is from one of the Roosevelt Bears adventure childrens books. All pieces display wonderfully for antique age!
