No longer in print. Very rare; this was only ever retail released in the UK. Book has normal shelf life and shows some wear to it. The cover has some slight aging to it and the first page has some binder damage but nothing too serious. Book is fine otherwise and held up when I flipped through the pages. No writing or stickers on the book. No yellowing pages. Notes are intact and legible for musical and lyrical purposes. This book is “Off the record” meaning that more musical instruments were used in production of the songs.
