With a case, the thin crack is completely hidden. This phone was for my uncle but because he isn't good with smart phones, and so I bought him a more traditional phone for him to use instead. He barely used this phone. He kept the charger so charger not included. Phone uses a USB-C type charger. The phone I wiped it down with microfiber cloth only.
