Vintage Evening Bag Blue Velvet Foldover Clutch by Garay Prom Purse I retail honestly don't even know how to describe the shade of blue. It's almost like a deep, dark teal to me anyways. It may simply be navy blue. Beautiful velvet with just one very tiny mar. Brass (or brass colored metal) kisslock closure that has minimal wear. The lining does have some lighter colored spots on it but who sees the inside anyways!?! It measures 9.5" tall not including the lock potion and is 10.5" across the base.
