It includes a Pearl Blue system, blue protective carrying case, aftermarket charger, and Ratatouille game cartridge. As shown in the 2nd picture it has been tested and is in working condition. The system shell shows wear, marks, and scratches. The label sticker is also missing. The screen is in good shape. The system has been opened and cleaned. The Power On switch contacts have been retail cleaned. It will turn on almost every time but there may be a time where it does not. This is common with GBA systems. The screw behind the battery on the housing shell is missing but this does not affect anything.
