The bundle includes the Genesis system (model MK-1631), 16 games, 1 official 3-button controller, brand new 3rd party power adapter, and brand new 3rd party AV cable. Everything was tested and works. The system is in very good condition with minor light surface scuffs and scratches. Game cartridges range from great to acceptable condition. Some do have wear, scratches, scuffs, label wear/damage, label peeling, rusted screws, etc. Cases may have wear, chips, brakes, tears, etc. The power adapter is a 3rd party and is cheaply made. I would highly recommend getting a OEM adapter for long term.
