A beautiful Fenton hand painted Rosalene cat, she has black polka dot on her with Sunflower waving at her to say "Hello", she is a little bid moody with hutch back and standing tail. She needs a hug from you. She stands 4.5" tall, 3" wide, and 1.5" deep. She has no chip, crack or restoration. Signed by retail the artist J Powell (1 inch = 25.4 mm; 1 dime = 17.9mm).
