Pic 6-7 show it moves all the way as pictured but it sits up when your looking straight to do makeup I tried my best to show the lights u hold on to the touch button and they dim I'm including the blue wire that charges it (suggestion) I would leave it plugged so I won't have to deal with a dead light on makeup day up to you doesn't include the plug button piece.
