Fabulous lightweight flannel dress. Cream with green and red stripes retail. Authentic antique. Machine and hand stitching. Has a pocket at skirt side seam! So warm and SOFT!!!Perfect for winter wear! Lots of gathers at the bodice and skirt. Lined bodice. Dress is in good condition. Fabric is sturdy. No dry rot. Mother of pearl buttons & hook and eye closures. The only major flaw is the stained hem. A few minor stains on skirt. A few tiny holes. Not sure how to clean this one, though! Approximately a Size women's XXS/XS. Bust: 32” total. Waist: 24” total. Total Length: 55” from shoulder to hem. Skirt: 38” from waist to hem. Shoulder to shoulder across the top: 13”. Absolutely no stretch. Smoke-free, pet friendly home.
