Also it doesn't update iTunes to 12.4.3 version. Pops an issue message code 102. It comes with a laptop carrying case and a 3rd party charger. MacBook still works on other areas. retail Just been having issues with signing into App Store and updating iTunes as I said. Will factory reset the MacBook when it sells. Thank you for your interest.
