I received retail this tote in a MB purchase and it's not a color I wear. I purchased it in November and have never used it. It came with cowhide markings inside and outside. Picture #4 shows the cowhide branding marking. I originally thought the outside marks were from a pen, but if you look closely, they look like cowhide markings on the patina. I took close up pictures so you can see what they actually look like.
